Orders to most destinations within New Zealand are dispatched Monday to Friday from our suppliers, located both locally and internationally. Delivery is typically expected within 1–2 weeks however some custom orders may take longer.

For rural addresses in NZ, please allow extra days for delivery.
Tracking
To track your order, simply enter your order’s tracking number on the Post Tracking Tool or link provided with your order tracking email. We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by the courier. If you don’t already have one you might want to sign up for a NZ Post account. It’s free and allows you to use these great services:
- Subscribe to tracking alert emails
- Redirect your parcel to another address
- Redirect your parcel to a NZ Post pick-up point
- Add special delivery instructions for the courier
